Checks that help

• Set a deposit limit before you chase a loss.
• Do not play with money you need for rent, kai, or bills.
• Take a break if you feel tilt, secrecy, or urgency.
• Use Fair Go timeouts, limits, and self-exclusion tools when you need them.

Independent NZ site — we may earn a commission when you play at Fair Go. That is never a reason to deposit.
